The process of designing and creating decals using a plotter involves several key steps. First, a digital design is created using graphic design software, ensuring the design is suitable for cutting.

Weeding
Next, the design file is transferred to the plotter, which reads the digital file and precisely cuts the decal material according to the design specifications. The excess material is then weeded away, leaving the desired decal.

Final Product
Finally, the decal is transferred onto a backing and ready for application on various surfaces. This process allows for accurate, detailed, and customizable decal production.
